Carmel Brownies
Caramel Brownies
2 1/4 C brown sugar
2 C flour
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
4 beaten eggs
Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into 9x13 pan (I use 8x8 or 9x9 for thicker brownies).
Bake at 350* for 25-35 min. (I bake mine longer... not sure how long - sorry!)
Cool completely.
Frosting
8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 C butter
1/2 Box (2 C) powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
Blend cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread on brownies.
