Best Breadmaker Wheat Bread
1 1/4 C Warm Water
1 T oil
1 T vinegar
1 t salt
Combine ingredients in breadmaker.
Add:
2 3/4 C whole wheat flour
1 T yeast
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C wheat gluten
2 T instant dry milk
1/4 C potato flakes
Bake as per your breadmaker instructions.
